Hello Members,
It is time to register with United States Figure Skating (USFS) for the July 1, 2008 - June 30, 2009 skating year.
Please complete the 2008-2009 CFSC Member Registration form and return it to me to ensure registration with the USFS and our club.
If your son/daughter is competing or testing after June 30, 2008, you MUST ensure your membership is renewed in
compliance with these instructions so that he/she will continue to be a “member in good standing”.
Please ensure that your renewal is received by June 18.
Againg this year, membership fees for a first family member is $70.00;
subsequent family member fees are now $15.00 as USFS increased fees from $12.00 to $15.00;
associate member fees continue at $40.00
Please return the membership form along with a check in the appropriate amount to (feel free to drop it in my folder at the rink):
